These terms of use stipulate the terms of use for Jungle Kids stores (hereinafter referred to as "facilities") operated by Jungle Kids. (Hereinafter referred to as "our company"). Customers (hereinafter referred to as "customers") must agree to these terms before using the facilities. Customers who do not agree to these terms or who violate them may be refused entry to the facilities or asked to leave, so please be aware of this beforehand.
Article 1 (Application)
- 1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all relationships between customers and our company regarding the use of the facilities.
- 2. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, our company may make various provisions regarding the use of our facilities, such as rules for use (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their name, these Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms and Conditions.
- 3. In the event that the provisions of this Agreement conflict with the individual provisions in the preceding paragraph, the individual provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the individual provisions. However, if there are special provisions in the individual provisions, those provisions shall be followed.
Article 2 (Usage fees and payment methods)
- 1. You shall pay the usage fee separately determined by our company as the price for admission to the facility and posted on our website and at the facility, by the method specified by our company.
- 2. Customers shall pay the usage fee set forth in the preceding paragraph for the number of people entering the Facility, regardless of whether they use the play equipment, game machines, and other fixtures installed within the Facility (hereinafter referred to as "Facility Fixtures") or not.
- However, in the case of a store where fees are paid on a family basis, the usage fee shall be paid on a family basis.
Article 3 (Rules and precautions for using the facility)
- 1. We ask that you follow the instructions of our staff (hereinafter referred to as "Staff") within the Facility.
- 2. The facility is aimed at people from newborns to elementary school students (hereinafter referred to as "children").
- 3. Children may only use the facilities when accompanied by a parent or guardian or a person equivalent to a parent who is 20 years of age or older (hereinafter referred to as a "guardian"). Children or guardians are not allowed to use the facilities alone.
- 4. We will refuse use of the facility to anyone who does not fall under the category of children or guardians as specified in the preceding paragraph.
- 5. To ensure the safety and security of our customers, entry to the facility and re-entry after exiting will only be permitted during the usage hours if accompanied by a child and a guardian.
- 6. The safety of children is the sole responsibility of the guardian accompanying the child.
- 7. Customers are free to bring food and drinks into the facility. However, from the perspective of hygiene management at the facility, places where eating and drinking can be done within the facility will be limited to places designated by our company and the facility.
- 8. Please remove your shoes in areas designated by the facility as "no shoes allowed."
- 9. The opening days and business hours of the facility will be announced on our website as necessary. Please note that these may be changed without prior notice due to the convenience of the facility.
Article 4 (Prohibitions)

- ① Any act that violates laws, regulations or public order and morals
- ② Criminal conduct
- ③ Meetings, speeches, and other religious or political activities.
- ④ Bringing in dangerous objects, flammable or combustible substances, or any other items prohibited by law.
- ⑤ Drinking alcohol or smoking.
- ⑥ Monopolizing equipment within the facility.
- ⑦ Failure to follow the rules and usage of play equipment and fixtures within the facility.
- ⑧ Any conduct that causes disadvantage, damage, discomfort, intimidation, etc., or is a nuisance to other customers or our staff.
- ⑨ Using the facilities for improper purposes.
- ⑩ Bringing dogs (including guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs), cats and other animals into the facility.
- ⑪ Taking photographs, distributing videos, writing comments or posting them on social networks without permission from other customers
- ⑫ Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the facility. If any of the following actions are discovered, you may be asked to leave or denied entry to the facility.
Article 5 (Suspension of Facility Provision, etc.)
- 1. If our company determines that any of the following circumstances exist, due to reasons such as the safety of customers or the management of other facilities, our company may suspend or interrupt the provision of use of the facilities or equipment therein, in whole or in part, without prior notice to customers.

- ① When it becomes difficult to provide the facilities due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or other natural disasters.
- ② When communication lines within the facility are stopped due to an accident, etc.
- ③ Any other case in which the Company or the shopping center in which the Facility is located determines that it is difficult to provide the Facility, such as inspection of the Facility and equipment within the Facility.
- 2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by you or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the facility.
Article 6 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
We reserve the right to change the content of the facilities or other services provided by us, or to suspend use of the facilities, without prior notice to customers, for reasons of safety management at the facilities or other reasons, and shall not be liable for any damage, loss or other disadvantage suffered by customers as a result thereof.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Use)
The contents of these terms and conditions may be changed if the Company deems it necessary. If the Company changes these terms and conditions, the Company will notify the Customer in advance on its website or by other appropriate means of the fact that the terms and conditions will be changed, as well as the content of the changed terms and the effective date. If the Customer uses the facility after the terms and conditions have been changed, the Customer will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions.
Article 8 (Notification or Contact)
Any notice or communication between you and us will be made in an appropriate manner as specified by our company.
Article 9 (Compensation for Damages, etc.)
If a customer intentionally or negligently damages any equipment in the facility or causes damage to other customers or staff, the customer will be obligated to pay compensation for repair costs and all other damages.
Article 10 (Parking Lot)
When customers use a parking lot, they must use the parking lot of the shopping center in which the Facility is located, and they must comply with all rules and regulations regarding use of the parking lot established by the shopping center.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
- 1. Our company aims to provide a place for play and is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that occurs within the facility. However, this does not apply if the cause is attributable to the facility.
- 2. You are responsible for managing your belongings, and neither our company nor the facility will be held responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or accidents that occur within the facility.
- 3. In the event of an argument or other trouble or damage caused between customers, regardless of whether such trouble was caused intentionally or by negligence, the customers shall resolve the matter at their own risk, and our company and the facility shall not be held liable in any way.
- 4. If a customer contracts an infectious disease after using the facility, our company and the facility will not bear any responsibility.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute regarding the use of the facilities, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
